Welcome to AICM TRANSPORT PRIVATE LIMITED (the Company, we, us or our). These Terms govern the AICM Transport website, marketplace, vehicle register, memberships and related services. By registering, purchasing a membership or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Cancellation and Refund, and Service Delivery policies.

1. About the Services
We operate an online marketplace connecting load providers and truck owners. Customers can search loads and trucks, maintain vehicle records and documents, publish limited-duration listings, and unlock business contacts using a membership. Available features and allowances are shown on the pricing page. A membership does not promise a load, truck, contract, income or successful trip. Transport arrangements are agreed directly between customers. Live GPS tracking, driver payroll, fuel accounting, maintenance scheduling and cargo insurance are not included unless separately offered under an express agreement.

2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. A person using the Services for a business must have authority to represent that business. Provide accurate details and documents you are authorised to use.

3. Accounts and sign-in
Customer registration and sign-in use one-time email codes. Keep your email account and credentials secure; never share an OTP. Inform us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for account activity except where it results directly from a security failure attributable to us. Duplicate or misleading accounts, impersonation and attempts to evade limits are prohibited. Email, phone and business identifiers may be checked against existing records.

4. Vehicle registration and documents
Truck-owner and combined accounts must complete registration of at least one vehicle in the customer's own or registered business name before publishing or purchasing a plan. Multiple vehicles may be registered under one account. Each vehicle requires its own RC, insurance, fitness certificate, permit and pollution certificate. Keep documents current and accurate. Local OCR can compare text with entered details, but does not establish government authenticity, validity, title or lawful authority. An administrative review badge is not a guarantee of performance or ownership. Do not upload unmasked Aadhaar information; Aadhaar is optional and requires consent and secure QR/digital-signature review outside ordinary OCR.

5. Customer responsibilities
Publish only genuine loads and vehicles you are authorised to offer. Customers remain responsible for transport permits, insurance, taxation, cargo legality, roadworthiness, safe loading and their transport obligations. Do not use the Services for fraud, illegal cargo, unauthorised account access, malware, harassment, scraping private contacts, or interference with systems. Do not place contact details or payment instructions in public listing fields.

6. Listings, corrections and expiry
Each published listing spends one posting credit and expires exactly 48 hours after publication. Only its owner may use the one customer correction: price may change by up to 10% from the original and availability by up to two days, without extending the expiry. Route, cargo, capacity and vehicle details remain locked in the customer interface. Administrators may correct records, moderate or remove posts. Closing, removing or expiring a post does not restore a credit. Publishing a new opportunity requires a new post and credit.

7. Memberships and prices
Memberships are prepaid for 30 days and do not automatically renew or charge. Load posts, truck posts and contact unlocks have separate allowances. A combined plan has separate load and truck quotas. Unused credits expire at the end of their period. Additional purchases queue after existing paid periods; they are not immediate credit top-ups. Prices and quotas are displayed before checkout. The displayed checkout total is the amount charged in INR. Applicable tax treatment will be reflected in the displayed total and the Company's billing records. Future price changes apply to future purchases, not already purchased allowances.

8. Contact unlocks
One contact credit unlocks the contact and business details attached to one listing. Revisiting that listing does not spend another credit. Different posts by the same business require separate unlocks. Previously unlocked contacts remain accessible after membership expiry unless the listing or account is removed. Use disclosed contacts only for a legitimate transport enquiry; do not distribute or resell them or use them for unsolicited marketing.

9. Payments through Razorpay
Payments may be processed by Razorpay using methods made available at checkout, such as UPI, cards or net banking. We do not store complete card data, bank passwords, UPI PINs or payment OTPs. A membership is credited only after the server verifies that the payment has been captured and matches the order. Payment-provider services are also subject to their own terms and availability.

10. Failed or pending payments
A bank debit alone does not establish a captured payment. Pending or failed payments may need reconciliation by the gateway and bank. If money is debited without the expected membership, contact the Company using the Contact page and provide your order/payment reference. Do not send passwords, payment OTPs or full card numbers to support.

11. Cancellation and refunds
The separate Cancellation and Refund Policy governs eligibility, request periods and processing timelines. Review it before paying. Approved refunds are ordinarily returned through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. Banking and gateway settlement times may affect when a credit appears. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Service delivery and availability
Memberships are digital services. No physical product is shipped for a subscription. New periods are activated after capture verification or scheduled after current paid periods. We aim for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting, email, connectivity, payment-provider outages and events beyond reasonable control can affect access. Contact support when a confirmed payment is not reflected in your account.

13. Customer information and authority
You retain rights in information you lawfully submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, back up and transmit it to operate and secure the Services as described in the Privacy Policy. Obtain necessary authority and consent before submitting information about another person. You must not upload documents unrelated to the requested business or vehicle checks.

14. Third-party services
Email providers, hosting providers and Razorpay may process information needed to provide their part of the service. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for failures exclusively caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

15. Intellectual property
The Company's branding, interface, materials and proprietary software are owned by the Company or its licensors, subject to third-party and open-source licences. Do not misuse the branding, resell access, or copy protected materials except as permitted by the applicable licence or law.

16. Accuracy and business decisions
Check listings, documents, prices, availability and counterparties before relying on them. Automated matching, quotas, notifications and document-reading results assist administration; they do not replace professional judgment or statutory checks. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by customers.

17. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business opportunity, or loss caused exclusively by inaccurate customer information or third-party outages. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including any mandatory consumer remedies.

18. Suspension and termination
We may restrict accounts or remove listings where reasonably necessary to address fraud, inaccurate documents, misuse, material breaches, security threats or legal requirements. Contact support to dispute a restriction or request account closure. Any refund eligibility remains governed by the published refund policy and applicable law.

19. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains data use, disclosure, retention and customer requests. We may send transactional messages about sign-in, account security, payments and service matters. Marketing communications, if introduced, will be handled using applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

20. Changes
We may update the Services and these Terms to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. The revised version and update date will be published here. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable notice and consent requirements. Already purchased membership quotas are not reduced by editing future plan allowances.

21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and statutory remedies, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India have jurisdiction. This clause does not remove rights to approach a competent consumer forum or other authority.

22. Contact and complaints
Use the Company and support details below or the Contact page for questions, complaints, payment issues, privacy requests or account corrections. Include relevant account or payment references and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

23. Acceptance
By registering and accepting the terms checkbox, or making a purchase under the published policies, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. The account records the accepted policy version and time.
