AICM TRANSPORT PRIVATE LIMITED operates this transport marketplace. This policy explains how information is used for accounts, vehicle records, subscriptions and business connections.

Information we collect
We store account names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, cities, GST/PAN identifiers where supplied, vehicle registrations, uploaded documents, listing details, payment references and quota usage. Security records include sign-in attempts, hashed OTP challenges and audit events. We do not store complete payment card data, banking passwords or payment OTPs.

Purpose and access
We use information to verify email access, identify duplicate registrations, maintain records, operate listing/contact allowances, review documents, reconcile subscriptions and address misuse. Public posts show route, vehicle type, cargo, capacity, dates and price. Phone, email and business contact details are revealed to a member only after the relevant contact credit is spent. Private identity and vehicle documents are available only to the submitting account and authorised staff.

Document processing
Documents are stored in private folders selected by a superuser. OCR is processed on the host CPU; this feature does not send your documents to a third-party OCR service. It can flag text mismatches, but does not authenticate government records. Only a compact comparison report is stored, not the full extracted OCR text. Aadhaar submission is optional. Do not upload an unmasked Aadhaar copy. OCR is not a substitute for consent-based secure QR or digital-signature verification.

Service providers and disclosures
Email addresses and transactional messages are processed by the configured email provider. Razorpay processes payment information according to its own privacy terms. The hosting operator and authorised administrators can access information needed to operate and secure the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legitimate rights and security. Contact-unlocked information must not be resold or used for unsolicited marketing.

Cookies and security
Essential session and CSRF cookies support sign-in and protect forms. Customer and administration sessions use separate cookies. OTP codes expire, are stored as password hashes and have attempt limits. Document downloads require authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your email account and devices secure and tell us about suspected misuse.

Your requests
Contact the Company to request access, correction, account closure or deletion, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Previous document versions and duplicate-identifier reservations may remain until the published retention period ends. Changes to this policy will be shown with a revised update date.
