This policy covers digital marketplace memberships sold by AICM TRANSPORT PRIVATE LIMITED. It does not govern freight charges or transport contracts agreed directly between users.

There is no automatic renewal or recurring debit. To stop future renewal, do not buy another period. Closing an account or listing does not itself issue a refund. Review the eligibility and timelines below before purchasing.

For a payment problem or refund request, contact the Company with the registered email address and Razorpay order/payment reference. We may request relevant information to reconcile the transaction. Do not send an OTP, UPI PIN or full card number.

Approved refunds are ordinarily initiated through the original payment method. The gateway and banking institutions control final credit timing. Pending or failed transactions can take time to reconcile. Mandatory remedies under applicable law are not excluded by this policy.
