Service Delivery Policy

AICM Transport sells access to a digital marketplace and vehicle-document workspace. We do not ship a physical product when you buy a subscription.

Your membership is activated after our server verifies a captured Razorpay payment. If you already have a paid membership, the new 30-day period is scheduled after the last existing period. You can see the dates and allowances in My workspace. A browser payment-success message alone does not activate allowances.

Payment verification, bank processing or temporary service outages can delay activation. If a captured payment does not appear in your workspace, contact support with its payment reference. The Company will investigate and apply the published refund policy where appropriate.

Load and truck posts are visible for exactly 48 hours after publication unless closed or removed sooner. Freight delivery, transit times, insurance and transport contracts are agreed directly between the load provider and vehicle owner; the digital subscription does not include transporting cargo.
